Movie Review

My mom came in town this Saturday to help me apartment shop (no luck yet).  Since we did that most of the day, after dinner we decided to take a load off our feet and go see the movie Water for Elephants.  I have to admit, knowing that one of the main actors was a star in a vampire movie series, I was a bit skeptical and on top of that, I thought it would be a cheesy romance story.  Well, I was wrong.  The romance was there, but the overall storyline was very interesting, entertaining, & intense.  Have you seen it?  What did you think?

 I make my bed every morning (I do!), but sometimes an unmade bed adds to the character of the room.

Pretty Bar

This is a Danish brewery - as in a place where beer is consumed.  Think about some of the bars you've been to.  Do they look anything like this?  Not in Texas.  This looks more like a coffee bar to me.  But I like it.  Maybe this serene look will keep down the bar fights?
