Happy Mardi Gras, Fat Tuesday & Birthday to my good friend, Sarah! I will be "celebrating" (it's really just for the birthday) with seafood and I don't think I'm going to dig into a King Cake, but do have to admit, this is the first year I've heard of it.

You must try a king cake some time in your life! A really good one is life-changing...a nasty one from just any old grocery store will make you wonder what all the fuss was all about. :)
